When working on new product design with a customer, we strive to leverage our experience in order to develop a spring pack that will maintain an infinite life and provide seamless functionality within their application. Our highly focused approach provides the customer with a product that will validate as predicted and launch faultlessly.
We also have a long history of improving our customer’s margins by providing a low cost, high quality, easy to manufacture product. Starting with the initial concept, our goal is to work with our customer to provide them with the most optimized design for their application at the lowest cost.
The most important aspect of product design is to ensure the customer’s requirements are understood. We use the following information, in conjunction with our years of experience, to design a PJWS spring pack to meet each customer specific application.
1) Required load at installed height
2) Minimum operating height with wear, set, and compression
3) Radial space
4) Print of the environment
